With the beautiful Brisbane River running through the heart of the city, ferries are a speedy and pleasant way to move around.

 

CityHopper free ferry

CityHopper is a free inner city ferry service for the Brisbane River servicing eight stops between North Quay and Sydney Street, New Farm. The service runs every 36 minutes between 6am and midnight, seven days a week.

  • North Quay, Brisbane City
  • South Bank 3, South Brisbane
  • Maritime Museum, South Brisbane

  • Holman Street, Kangaroo Point
  • Dockside, Kangaroo Point
  • Sydney Street, New Farm.

CityCat and SpeedyCat ferry

These ferries service stops along the Brisbane River from Northshore to UQ St Lucia. They require a ticket which you can purchase onboard the ferry or alternatively use your Go Card or Go SeeQ card.
